Supervising the quality system, reporting any deviation, write or review procedures, follow the complaints and closing them. Some R & D work. Manage the department of quality including the laboratory. Documentation control. Regulatory requirements....

A "qualitician" must be very meticulous and has to follow the small details. Must never be annoyed from work repletion sometimes. We have to know how to conduct a team. Has the spirit of team work and some knowledges about the industrial psychology and emotional intelligence.

It is not the best... I use to be consultant with the project funded by EU. I would like to follow my career by acting with FOOD with an another approach; to work for example in an NGO or food trading company. I had enough from the food industry. But still you learn everyday something new. and dealing with new people and products is gaining and enriching your experience and maturity.
